This mouse is recklessly climbing a star magnolia tree. It is precarious, but who can resist wanting to be a star?
This little painting is called "I Want to be a Star" though my kids call it "Mouse Butt".
It is oil on panel and measures a small six inches square.

What a gift to be able to let your hands say what your mind thinks. That clear style you have developed turns your paintings into a long deep drink for their viewers.
I am surprised that you are not more widely known. Name up in lights and all that. The world doesn't know what it is missing.
