From the Sublime to the Ridiculous

"All the diamonds in the world that mean anything to me are conjured up in wind and sunshine sparkling on sea" -Bruce Cockburn

and on a stream...

and even on tiny slug eggs...

which remind me of...

these giant fishing buoys in a funny 'garden' near my house. (Nice lawn mower!)

  1. Oh! Who knew slug eggs could be so beautiful?! You made them look so jewel-like. Curious if you left them or moved them along to another sphere. Wow, that "garden" is, um, interesting. Where is the lawn to push-mow?

  2. Hi Karen,
The slug eggs are still there but with be flushed soon. Sad.

The neon graveyard is just below my house on 15th. Roger, the owner, actually has a garden there with pumpkins, brocoli and flowers amongst the neon signs. But I didn't see any grass.

  3. Such beautiful slug eggs; your picture will make me feel even more guilty when I squeeze them next time! Have a good weekend, I just can't get enough of the rain. It is so lovely.
